Shipping Schedule:

Orders are processed and shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.

Orders placed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Order Processing:

Once an order is placed, it will be processed on the next available shipping day according to our schedule.

Orders received on shipping days will be processed on the following shipping date (e.g., an order placed on Monday will be processed on Wednesday).

Handling and Delivery:

After an order is handed over to the shipping service, control and responsibility for the parcel lie with the shipping service.

VIKKEN GROUP LLC cannot control or be held responsible for any delays, damages, or loss that may occur during the shipment process.

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
